The objective of our Employment Equity Theory workshop, is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Employment Equity Act and its implications on your business and the workplace. Throughout the workshop, we will discuss the fundamental concepts of the Act and what it means for your business.

We will start by exploring the Act’s purpose and how it aims to eliminate discrimination in the workplace. Next, we will delve into what is discrimination and how it can manifest in the workplace.
The workshop will then shift focus to equity and affirmative action measures. You will learn how these measures can be implemented in your workplace to promote diversity and inclusion. We will also discuss the importance of formulating an Employment Equity Plan and how it can help your company comply with the Act.
Finally, we will wrap up the workshop by discussing how to ensure compliance with the Employment Equity Act. You will learn about the reporting requirements and how to avoid penalties for non-compliance.
