Module 1 \u2013 Reality Check Personal Driving Dynamics for Leaders
Part of the Climate survey, our Reality Check Management tool identified the Personal Driving Dynamics (PDD) \u2122 of the team. The PDD assessed the employee\u2019s unique language of expression, prioritized in order of personal hierarchy.<\/p>\n
Communicate more effectively towards reaching common goals as a team
The training program will include Coaching & mentoring modules \u2013 Different methodologies will be utilised specific to each department. The Coaching model, we will integrate Neuroscience and NLP and will integrate coaching for Success and performance based on both Team and Individual Requirement.<\/p>\n
