Leadership Boot Camp 

This seminar is designed for mid-level managers or executives who lead others with managerial responsibility. It will benefit executives who require strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead and motivate others.

The aim of this training program is to make people understand what makes a leader, the practices and commitments of effective leadership and keep current on cutting-edge developments in leadership theory and practice. They also learn how to apply the above to specific leadership situations to gain the authority and success they strive for as a leader.

Program Overview:
Module 1 – Reality Check Personal Driving Dynamics for Leaders
Part of the Climate survey, our Reality Check Management tool identified the Personal Driving Dynamics (PDD) ™ of the team. The PDD assessed the employee’s unique language of expression, prioritized in order of personal hierarchy.

Understanding and actively utilising the PDD’s of your staff will provide the leaders the following:

Understanding each employees’ Personal Driving Dynamics within the specific work environment of HWSETA thus having the resources to unlock their unique DNA Maximising each employee’s true potential by acknowledging, understanding and respecting them for who they are thus making full use of what naturally drives them.

The training program will include Coaching & mentoring modules – Different methodologies will be utilised specific to each department. The Coaching model, we will integrate Neuroscience and NLP and will integrate coaching for Success and performance based on both Team and Individual Requirement.

Module 2 – Leadership Team Collaboration
Program Overview:
Once the Personal Driving Dynamics (PDD) ™ are understood, its time to put them into practice as individuals and understanding different team dynamics.
