The objective of our Employment Equity Theory workshop, is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Employment Equity Act and its implications on your business and the workplace. We will also discuss the importance of formulating an Employment Equity Plan and how it can help your company comply with the Act.
Finally, we will wrap up the workshop by discussing how to ensure compliance with the Employment Equity Act. You will learn about the reporting requirements and how to avoid penalties for non-compliance.
